Description
The PCB date of this card is from mid-august of 1998, the earliest production boards are from early october of 1998. The BIOS date is 1998-08-24, BIOS version is 1.00.01-SD - interestingly this BIOS version is also used in some production boards. In my collection there are cards with the 1.00.01 BIOS revision from the following manufacturers:

- Melco (SGR)
- I-O Data (SGR)
- IO Magic (SDR)
