Description
This Vulcan B was apparently produced by Sparkle (this is indicated by the model name SP3800 on the PCB, which seems to have been covered with tape before). To my knowledge, Legato is a Dutch OEM manufacturer (probably comparable to Compaq or Gateway), so this Banshee may have not been available separately, but only in OEM machines. The only difference to the Sparkle board is the "Legato" sticker and the printed "Vulcan B" Logo on the backside of the card.
